Standard Support
The Standard Support subscription is included with the Individual License. It allows you to receive ticket support for 12 months. The number of support requests is limited to 10. Tech specialists will answer you within 72 hours on business days.
If needed, more support requests can be purchased for additional fee.
Premium Support
The Premium Support subscription is included with the Commercial and Enterprise Licenses. It allows you to receive ticket support for 12 months starting the day of purchase.
Under the Commercial license, you are eligible to get technical assistance for 30 support requests. The Enterprise license grants you help for 50 support requests. Technical specialists will answer your questions within 48 hours on business days.
Ultimate Support
The Ultimate Support subscription is included with the Ultimate License. It allows you to receive ticket support for 12 months starting the day of purchase.
Under the Ultimate license, you are eligible to get technical assistance for unlimited support requests. Technical specialists will answer your questions within 24 hours on business days.
How to Extend Support?
When your support period expires, you don't need to purchase a new license. There is an option to purchase upgrade and support extension for 12 months, which provides you the latest version of the product, and 12 months of unlimited ticket support and version updates. Contact us to get the pricing.
