The Commercial License comes with the Standard Support subscription, and the Enterprise License includes Premium Support Subscription. Please find more information about support subscriptions below.

Standard Support

The Standard Support subscription is included with the Commercial License. It allows you to receive ticket support for 12 months (number of support requests is limited to 5), or for 1 month with an unlimited number of support requests.
If needed, more support requests can be purchased for additional fee.

Premium Support

The Premium Support subscription is included with the Enterprise License. It allows you to receive ticket support during 12 months starting the day of purchase.
You'll receive the detailed instructions on how to login and access the support ticket system right after the purchase of a Commercial or Enterprise License.
