The Premium Support subscription is included with the Enterprise License. It allows you to receive ticket support during 12 months starting the day of purchase.
When your support period expires, you don't need to purchase a new license. There is an option to purchase upgrade and support extension for 12 months, which provides you the latest version of the product, and 12 months of unlimited ticket support and version updates. Contact us to get the pricing. If you have a Commercial License and purchase support extension, your license is automatically upgraded to Enterprise.
